Network Intent

We make intensive use of NetBrain's assessment capabilities, often marking checks as ether success or fail and using NetBrain’s dashboard technology to consume results, giving the Red and Green dashboard colours. In some cases, when an ambiguous result arises (needing a manual review), we can’t mark it as either a success or fail. Instead, it should be flagged as a notification or a warning message in a new separate colour, such as yellow.  All other customers making use of NetBrain’s assessments and dashboards would benefit from this.

Did anyone face the below issue, and if yes, how did you work around it?In the intent command, you can add multiple commands, as example “ping 1.1.1.1 || ping 1.1.1.2” and the result will show on one pane, this would also allow you to create multiple parsers to capsulate all known/unknown variables. The problem however is that when you us it like that and use Auto Intent Wizard for replication template to be used for common intent, the commands separated with “||” does not replicate.

Hello , I’m new with Netbrain and need some help here.I built and Intent to verify interface status on my cisco devices and was able to run it every 15 minutes. If the interface is down, an alerts email will be generated. The issue is that I’m receiving too many emails (every 15 minutes). I want to reduce repeated emails and only generate an email when the interface status change. 

If I add a new device to the ADT that contains network devices, will the Network Intents Replication Update to Include new Device? Is there a way to do this?

Im trying to create a ADT for compliance check when I’m replicating the intent to the ADT for some of the devices it is not showing up, from what I can see its because the parser is not grabbing any variables from the configuration, is there a way to bypass so the intent will show up even if there is nothing being parsed? 

I created a Network Intent that exports diagnosis to CSV, which works great when used in an auto-intent on a map, but we want to run this on thousands of devices and need a way to run/export these results to one spreadsheet.  A “map intent” has a limit of 1k command execution (so, up to 1k devices running one command on each).I created an ADT table with 2k devices, added the Network Intent, but when ran the intents in the ADT, I ended up with 2k spreadsheets of results from each device. Is there a way to export the NI diagnostics for 2k devices into one spreadsheet?

We have been asked to setup NB Chatbot and let you query the One-IP table with ‘IP Address or MAC” and get the results of Connected Switch port, Gateway, LanSegment information within the Bot. currently the Chatbot accepts inputs via ‘Intent, Intent Template or ADT’ we have to use one of these. so is there way we can define intent to call ‘One-IP table’ to get the results via chatbot ?

How do we call the ‘Pre-collected’ data tables from an ‘Intent’ ? attached the screen shot shows how to do from Qapp. but looking to do this same tables from an intent.

Am I missing something, There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to duplicate a preexisting NI to another device?I created a parser for a select device, built a NI based on said parser everything looks good with output that can be mirrored to other devices, however if saved as template the original device that was used is listed.If I then open it and duplicate NI for needed device then remove the original it will works, If I use the NI I built and load into as a Network Intent Cluster, I can run the same NI on multiple devices that I specific in a particular device group.I want to be able to have someone to have the ability to add said NI to any Runbook on a dynamic map they built and add NI to their map without the original device created from the parser.Can anyone advise if this is possible or direct me in the right direction. Any help is appreciated. Thanks :) 

What are the major differences between Runbook based TAF and NI based TAF? Explain which is the best approach on what kind of scenarios?
