I am looking to gather BGP advertised and received routes on a per BGP router basis. I’m sure it can be done via a QAPP/GAPP but need to investigate if anyone has created such before I reinvent the wheel. or if anyone know if such reporting is built into NetBrain.

Sorry we haven’t a Qapp to retrieve the BGP advertised and received routes. You are right this can be done by a Qapp, it may use different commands for different device type. Please send email to Support@netbraintech.com to create a ticket or submit the ticket in the portal. Our automation team can help with the Qapp development.
Hello Tony, hope this message finds you well. Assuming you are looking to do this for reporting // in map use purposes, Qapp can help get this accomplished as you mention on your post.
You will need to “parse” the command output of show ip bgp summary to get a list of the neighbors.
I have attached a sample here, please let me know if this works for you (re name the file with xapp extension instead of txt).
