Do you have any device health check qapps? If not, how about this idea: check device hardware with various commands, e.g. Cisco's show module, show environment

Hello Carsten,

Yes, its a good idea to use “show module” or “show environment”. Use/create parser to parse key values from these output. Then create Qapp based on your requirement. You can also use DVT which is lightweight if you just want to visualize the parser variables as device table or as a device note.
