NetBrain University (NBU) has released updated end-user training built around a single, repeatable workflow for day-to-day network operations.

Instead of walking through features one by one, the training shows how automation fits into real operational scenarios—troubleshooting issues, assessing network health, and managing change—so you can apply what you learn directly to your work.

What’s new:

  • NB101 – NetBrain Fundamentals

Learn how to use NetBrain through the Map, Automate, Document, and Collaborate workflow across maps, runbooks, AI documentation, and incident collaboration.
  • NB102 – Troubleshooting
Use maps and runbooks to diagnose issues faster, validate intent during incidents, and document outcomes automatically.

  • NB103 – Network Assessment
Assess compliance, health, and risk locally or network-wide using maps and dashboards—with AI-generated documentation.

  • NB104 – Change Management
Build change templates, validate with network intent, and collaborate directly within change workflows.

Get More from NBU:

  • Hands-on labs: Practice in a live, multi-vendor sandbox with no production impact.

  • Certification: Earn official NetBrain certifications through self-paced assessments.

  • Flexible delivery: Courses are available instructor-led or on demand.
