Is there a QApp or something else I need to run after discovering the Fortinet SDWAN firewalls to pull the SDWAN VPN tunnels?

Did you try a benchmark task on the devices or the Retrieve Live Data function on the map?

@SeanDSmith37  Sorry for the delay. Did the benchmark build the VPN topo? If not, could you submit a case to via portal? Support may need more data to troubleshoot the issue.
