Golden Intent Library Download Not Updating

Is there an issue with downloading a newer version of the Golden Intent library on ACE R12.1?

I believe there is a newer version.

Hi Jeff,

To install the GALv2.1, please follow below instruction:

Your system must be running R12.1.0.3 or higher. For detailed steps on how to update your system, you can refer to this guide: Patch Your System via Auto-Update
If GAL v1.0 has been already installed, it must be uninstalled before proceeding with the installation of GAL v2.1.
Follow the this instruction to install new GAL v2.1: https://download.netbraintech.com/Data+for+Customer/GAL+Library+Installation+-+Engineer's+Handbook.pdf
