Trigger Device Re-Discovery from QApp

NetBrain currently does not provide a way to initiate device re-discovery directly from a QApp. This enhancement would add a QApp action or step that triggers re-discovery for specified devices, such as those that previously failed discovery. Customers running automated inventory cleanup workflows would gain the ability to identify and re-discover failed devices without manual intervention, improving inventory accuracy and reducing operational overhead.
