Toggle to disable automatic enable mode in Smart CLI

NetBrain Smart CLI currently establishes connections that automatically enter enable mode, without an option to control this behavior. This enhancement would introduce a configurable toggle allowing administrators to disable automatic entry into enable mode on Smart CLI connections. Providing this control would let organizations enforce enable-password governance and limit elevated access to only those users who explicitly require it.
