Syslog and Device Log Integration into Change Validation

NetBrain's pre- and post-change validation currently relies only on predefined network intents and CLI commands, which may not surface every issue introduced by a change, particularly when validation coverage is limited. This enhancement would allow the validation process to optionally incorporate syslog or device log data as a supplementary check to help flag devices with potential issues that config-based validation alone does not detect. Customers with incomplete or limited CLI-based validation coverage would benefit from an additional signal to identify affected devices, improving confidence in change outcomes.
