Support Multiple Sender Accounts for QApp Email Notifications

NetBrain currently does not allow users to configure or add multiple sender accounts for the email notification function within QApp, unlike the equivalent email function available for Benchmark Task. This enhancement proposes extending QApp email settings to support adding and selecting user accounts for sending notifications, consistent with the Benchmark Task email capability. This would give customers greater flexibility in managing and attributing scheduled QApp email notifications across teams.
