NetBrain currently limits device CLI access from the mapped device right-click menu to its built-in Smart CLI, with no option to launch an external, user-preferred SSH client. This enhancement would allow administrators to configure a third-party SSH client, such as SecureCRT, as an alternative login method for device access from the map interface. Customers who rely on established third-party terminal tools for session logging, scripting, or personal workflow preferences would benefit from continued use of their preferred client without being restricted to Smart CLI.
