SSH Proxy Server for Unified, Authenticated Device Access

NetBrain currently has no capability to act as an SSH server or proxy that provides a single, authenticated connection point for users and external tools to reach network devices. Users and tools must connect directly to each device, which limits centralized access control and audit visibility. This enhancement would allow NetBrain to function as an SSH proxy (jump host), accepting inbound SSH connections from users and tools, authenticating and authorizing them (including command-level permissions) against an external authentication service, and then establishing an outbound SSH session to the target device on the user's behalf. Device output would be relayed back to the originating user or tool without being stored in the NetBrain database. This capability would give customers a unified, secure access point for device connectivity, supporting centralized authentication, authorization, and auditing without requiring users or tools to have direct network-level access to devices.
