Side-by-side split view for commonly paired application tabs

The application's tab-based navigation currently supports only one active tab at a time, requiring users to repeatedly switch back and forth between related tabs to complete a single workflow. This enhancement would allow commonly paired tabs, such as Sites and Groups or Incident Manager and Network Change, to be opened and viewed side by side in a split layout rather than being mutually exclusive. Providing this capability would streamline workflows that depend on cross-referencing information across two tabs, reducing repetitive navigation and improving overall efficiency for users managing devices, incidents, and network changes.
