REST API for Scheduling Plugin and QApp Tasks and Adding Plugins to a Domain

NetBrain does not currently provide a dedicated REST API for scheduling Plugin or QApp tasks, or for adding plugins to a domain; these actions can only be performed manually through the user interface or indirectly through benchmark task APIs. This enhancement would introduce REST API endpoints that allow customers to add plugins to a domain, schedule Plugin and QApp tasks, and create benchmark tasks that run plugins programmatically. Customers managing a large number of domains would benefit from full automation of plugin configuration and scheduling, reducing reliance on manual administration and improving operational efficiency.
