REST API Endpoint for Cisco Meraki Device Discovery

NetBrain's REST API does not currently expose a dedicated endpoint for initiating Cisco Meraki device discovery; this can only be done manually through the user interface or indirectly through benchmark task APIs. This enhancement would add a REST API endpoint that allows customers to create and trigger Cisco Meraki discovery tasks programmatically. Customers managing large numbers of domains would benefit from full automation of discovery operations, reducing reliance on manual maintenance and improving operational efficiency.
