NetBrain currently discards Triggered Automation Framework requests, such as those received from ServiceNow, if they arrive while the platform is unavailable due to maintenance, upgrade, patch updates, or an HA failover, and no mechanism exists to recover or process them once service is restored. This enhancement would introduce a queueing mechanism that holds incoming TAF requests during a period of platform unavailability and automatically executes them once the platform returns to a healthy state. Customers relying on automated diagnosis workflows would benefit from reduced manual troubleshooting effort and more consistent incident coverage, since requests would no longer be silently lost during planned or unplanned downtime.
