Python API for VerifyGoldenConfig Function

NetBrain currently does not provide a Python API method for calling the VerifyGoldenConfig function outside of the Network Intent workflow. This enhancement would expose VerifyGoldenConfig as a callable Python API function, allowing external scripts to invoke golden config verification directly. Customers building automation outside of Network Intent would gain the ability to programmatically check configuration compliance without manually running a Network Intent.
