Promote frequently used Advanced Path Discovery Settings to main Path Settings menu

NetBrain currently places several frequently used path discovery options under the Advanced Path Discovery Settings section, where they are easily overlooked by users configuring path behavior. This enhancement would relocate the most commonly used options to the main Path Settings menu, while retaining less frequently used options under Advanced. Improving the visibility of these settings would help customers configure path discovery more effectively without needing to locate options buried in a secondary menu.
