Prioritize CDP Over LLDP Data on Cisco Devices for L2 Topology

NetBrain currently does not consistently prioritize CDP data over LLDP data when parsing neighbor discovery information on Cisco devices, which can result in conflicting entries in the NDP table and inaccurate Layer 2 topology links. This enhancement would update the data parsing logic so that CDP data is treated as authoritative on Cisco devices, with conflicting LLDP data discarded at the parsing stage rather than being used to build neighbor relationships. Customers managing Cisco environments would benefit from L2 topology maps that accurately reflect authoritative neighbor data, reducing troubleshooting effort caused by incorrect or conflicting neighbor links.
