Preserve Administrator Login Access When Node License Limit Is Exceeded

NetBrain currently blocks all users, including System Administrators, from logging into the application when node license usage exceeds the licensed limit, regardless of the cause of the overage. This can result in a complete login outage across the environment, requiring vendor-side license adjustments to restore access even for administrative review. This enhancement would allow System Administrators to retain login access when node license usage exceeds the limit, enabling them to review license and inventory details and adjust node allocations without a full application outage. This would reduce downtime and reliance on vendor support when license capacity changes unexpectedly, improving continuity of operations for affected customers.
