Persist Selected Network Intent Nodes in Runbook and Change Templates

Runbook and Network Change Templates that contain Network Intent nodes do not currently retain the previously selected Network Intents when the template is reopened, requiring users to re-select them each time. This is inconsistent with other node types, such as CLI Command nodes, where prior selections persist across sessions. This enhancement would extend selection persistence to Network Intent nodes within Runbook and Network Change Templates, ensuring the same behavior applies consistently across node types. Customers using templates with Network Intent nodes would benefit from reduced manual reconfiguration effort and a lower risk of executing a template against an unintended set of devices.
