NetBrain currently limits Map Intent and Path Intent health-check execution to devices and interfaces that have already been loaded into the Path Browser or an Automated Data Table (ADT). When a user runs an ad hoc path, the intent does not decode or assess devices and interfaces outside of that pre-loaded set, requiring additional path-loading or ADT-rebuild steps before a full assessment can complete. This enhancement would allow Map Intent to decode and assess all devices and interfaces associated with a selected ad hoc path directly, regardless of whether that path has been previously loaded into the Path Browser or ADT. Removing this dependency would reduce the time required for real-time troubleshooting and improve the effectiveness of on-demand health checks during application-performance investigations.
