Officially Supported Utility for Managing NetBrain Service Start/Stop Sequence

NetBrain does not currently provide an officially supported utility to manage the start and stop sequence of backend services. Administrators must rely on manual knowledge of the correct service order and often depend on support engagements to verify status and troubleshoot maintenance activities. This enhancement would introduce a built-in tool, such as a script or command-line utility, that checks the status of all NetBrain services, stops and starts them in the correct sequence, re-verifies status after each action, and displays clear success or failure messages. Providing this capability would allow administrators to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting with greater confidence, reduce operational errors, and decrease the volume of service-related support cases.
