Network Intent ability to compare current and previous result has changed by a certain amount/percentage
eg. If error count goes up by 1 (or 0.001%) then that is OK
if error count goes up by perhaps 1000 or (10%) then it is NOT OK
Current checks only allow for basic test of greater than, less than, equals, not equals etc..
