Native Microsoft Teams and Slack Integration for Network Alerts

NetBrain currently has no native mechanism to deliver real-time alerts, such as network anomaly alerts, path trace failures, and benchmark deviations, into collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams or Slack. Engineers must log into the NetBrain portal to check for these conditions rather than receiving them where their teams already communicate. This enhancement proposes native integrations with Microsoft Teams and Slack that push relevant alerts directly to configured channels. Delivering alerts into existing collaboration workflows would reduce response time and eliminate the need for manual portal checks.
