Currently maps triggered by SNOW are named using a fixed part and a numerical part that has nothing to do with SNOW INC number. It prevents from being able to search the map related to an incident, or do cleanup of unnecessary maps. Having the SNOW INC number reflected in NetBrain map name would ease many things.

Hi, Orkhan:

Thanks for your suggestion!

The maps triggered by SNOW is matched NI’s intent map. So, the map name “fixed part + numerical part” is the default name for auto created intent map based on the following setting in NIC.

Using ServiceNow incident number as intent map name may not be a good idea because this intent map can be inserted into different NB incident for different ServiceNow incident. So, it causes confusing if you see a map called INC0001 but you are working on INC0002.
