NetBrain currently does not provide a native two-factor or multi-factor authentication option for user login, limiting organizations to single-factor credential verification unless they rely on external SSO providers that separately support MFA. This enhancement would add configurable two-factor authentication directly within NetBrain, allowing administrators to require a secondary verification step, such as a one-time passcode or authenticator app, during login. Customers with heightened security or compliance requirements would benefit from stronger account protection and reduced risk of unauthorized access, independent of whether external SSO is in use.
