Move configuration item in Golden parameter/Config parameter

I would like to suggest to consider adding option to move items within  "Golden parameter/Config parameter".
As the items are searched from top to bottom I want to have some more general rules at the end.

If I want to insert more specific rule before them I need to delete all and create them in required order. Would be good to have option to move an item UP or DOWN.
