Include API Adaptor Settings in Shared Device Settings Group Apply

NetBrain currently limits the 'Apply above Settings to device group' option within Shared Device Settings so that it does not extend to API adaptor configuration, requiring administrators to configure API adaptor settings on a per-device basis even when a device group is defined. This enhancement would extend the group-apply function to include API adaptor settings, allowing them to be applied consistently across an entire device group in a single action. Customers managing large device groups would benefit from reduced administrative effort and more consistent API adaptor configuration across their environment.
