NetBrain currently requires each user to have a NetBrain account in order to interact with the Chatbot, which is impractical when a chatbot needs to be shared with a large external audience. This enhancement would introduce a guest or anonymous access mode for the Chatbot, allowing end users to interact with it without provisioning an individual NetBrain login. This would enable customers to deploy self-service chatbots to large external user bases without the administrative burden of creating and managing accounts for every participant.
