Global Setting to Disable Smart CLI Pop-Up

NetBrain currently displays the Smart CLI pop-up to all users with no global setting available to disable it when the feature is not in use. This enhancement would introduce an administrator-configurable, global on/off switch that suppresses the Smart CLI pop-up entirely for organizations that do not use this workflow. Customers who do not rely on Smart CLI would benefit from a cleaner interface and reduced unnecessary prompts, improving overall usability for their environment.
