Right now Device Groups have a flat hierarchy whereby one can’t easily navigate the groups once they are over a limit of scrolling (~50).
With a foldered structure it would be much more neat and understandable.

Thanks for your post. In the latest release IE10.0a, we supported the subfolers of Device Group, please see below:

We have just upgraded to 10.0a and I am grateful for the new folders I can create. Unfortunately I cannot select multiple device groups and move them, drag-and-drop does not work either. For each device group I have to open the drop down menu, select Move, then select the new folder, then scroll to the next device group. I have to do that for 40 device groups :(
Please add multiple move capability to this section, thank you very much.
