NetBrain currently enforces Device Access Policy restrictions when users attempt to view device configurations, execute Intents, or view Intent results on the map, but these restrictions are not applied when a user drills down into Dashboard or Automation Library results. As a result, a user without access to a given device can still see sensitive result data associated with that device, such as compliance or vulnerability findings, through dashboard views. This enhancement would extend Device Access Policy enforcement to Dashboard and Automation Library result displays, so that any device a user is not authorized to view is excluded or masked from dashboard drill-down data, consistent with existing map and Intent execution restrictions. Customers who segment device visibility by policy, such as isolating regulated or sensitive device groups, would benefit from consistent access control across all areas of the platform, reducing the risk of unauthorized users gaining insight into sensitive network or security data.
