Enable/Disable Toggle for API Server Entries in API Server Manager

NetBrain currently does not provide a way to disable or enable individual API server entries within API Server Manager. When an API server becomes unreachable, the system continues attempting calls to it, which can create cascading timeout delays for dependent operations. This enhancement would add a toggle to disable or enable specific API server entries directly in API Server Manager. Administrators could disable a non-responsive server to stop related API calls, then re-enable it for testing once connectivity is restored. This capability would reduce timeout-related delays and give customers more direct control over API server availability without removing server configurations.
