Display Site Map Ownership and Change Metadata

Site maps currently do not display administrative metadata such as the map owner, last editor, or last update date directly on the map view. This enhancement would surface that information, either as an overlay note or an on-demand detail panel, so users can quickly identify map ownership and recent changes without navigating to separate configuration screens. Providing this visibility would help teams manage accountability and change tracking for maps that are frequently updated or shared across groups.
