Display Placeholder Author for Deleted User Accounts in Reports and Task Records

NetBrain currently retains the original creator or author reference on reports and task records even after the associated user account has been removed from the system, resulting in stale or broken user references that cannot be corrected without direct database access. This enhancement would automatically update the displayed author or creator field to a generic placeholder, such as 'Unknown user,' whenever the associated account no longer exists in the system. Organizations that manage user accounts through automated directory synchronization would benefit from accurate and consistent record attribution without requiring manual database intervention each time a user is removed.
