Default Collapsed State for Intent Manager List

NetBrain currently opens the Intent Manager list in an expanded state by default, requiring users to manually collapse entries each time they access the list. This enhancement would allow the Intent Manager list to load in a collapsed state by default, or provide a configurable setting to control the default expansion state. This would improve usability for customers managing a large number of intents by reducing the need for repetitive manual collapsing.
