CSV/Excel Import for Variable Lists in Define Change

Define Change within the Network Change Runbook feature currently requires variables to be entered manually, one at a time, with no option to bulk-load values from an external file. This enhancement would add the ability to import a variable list from a CSV or Excel file directly into the Define Change step, populating the variable fields automatically. Customers managing large sets of variables or frequent change definitions would benefit from reduced manual data entry and fewer input errors, improving efficiency when preparing network changes.
