Create Change Templates Directly from the Network Change Template App

NetBrain currently does not provide an option to create a new change template directly from within the Network Change Template App; users must navigate elsewhere to initiate template creation. This enhancement would add a create-template action within the Network Change Template App itself, allowing users to define and save new templates without leaving that interface. Enabling template creation from this single entry point would streamline the change management workflow and reduce unnecessary navigation for teams managing multiple change templates.
