Correct License Validation for NSX-T Node Discovery Under Universal Node License

NetBrain currently returns a license error when attempting to discover NSX-T nodes through the NSX API, even when the customer holds a valid Universal Node license that should permit this discovery. This enhancement would correct the license validation logic so that NSX-T discovery properly recognizes Universal Node license entitlements and completes without a false licensing block. Ensuring accurate license validation for NSX-T discovery would allow customers with the correct license to achieve full SDN visibility without unnecessary support escalations.
