Consistent Node License Count Reporting Across UI and Email Notifications

NetBrain currently calculates and displays node license usage in the Domain Summary using logic that may differ from the calculation used for email notifications, which can result in two different license counts being reported to administrators for the same period. This enhancement would align the license count calculation between the in-application summary and notification emails so that both sources consistently report the same value. Ensuring consistent license reporting would reduce confusion for administrators reviewing license capacity and help prevent unnecessary investigation into perceived license discrepancies.
