Consistent Event Console Visibility for All Network Intent Alerts

The Event Console does not consistently display Network Intent alerts today. Alerts generated when a Network Intent is run interactively, triggered automatically, run manually, or invoked through a Runbook are not uniformly surfaced, making it difficult for users to rely on the Event Console as a complete alert source. This enhancement would ensure that all Network Intent alerts, regardless of how the intent was invoked, are sent to the Event Console, with an option to configure whether they appear under personal events, global events, or shared events. Consistent and configurable alert visibility would give customers a single reliable location to monitor Network Intent status and reduce the risk of missed error conditions.
