Configurable Dashboard Layout Orientation with Sites as Rows and Services as Columns

Dashboards currently present site and service health information in a fixed horizontal layout, which limits the ability to clearly compare service status across multiple sites at a glance. This enhancement would allow the dashboard layout to be configured so that site names appear vertically as rows while critical network services appear horizontally as columns. This reorientation would improve operational visibility and support faster, clearer assessment of service health across sites, particularly during incident response.
