Confidentiality Watermark on Exported Documents

NetBrain currently does not provide a way to apply a confidentiality marking or watermark image to documents that users download or export from the platform. This enhancement would allow administrators to configure a custom confidentiality label or image that is automatically applied to exported documents, such as maps and reports, to indicate that the content is internal or restricted. Customers with internal data handling and information security policies would benefit from having exported materials clearly marked, reducing the risk of unintentional sharing of sensitive network information.
