Complete Diagnosis Message Detail in Intent Dashboard CSV Export

The Intent Dashboard CSV export currently populates its Message column from the Device Status Code Summary rather than the complete set of diagnosis messages, so when multiple conditions are detected for a single device, such as alerts on separate sub-interfaces, only one message is reflected in the export. This differs from the ADT CSV export, which already captures every diagnosis message generated. This enhancement proposes updating the Intent Dashboard export logic to include all diagnosis messages per device, consistent with the ADT export behavior. Customers relying on the Intent Dashboard for reporting and auditing would benefit from complete and consistent diagnostic data across export formats, reducing the risk of missed conditions during review.
