Clickable Drill-Down for Alert and Success Counts in Dashboard Summary

The Observability Dashboard and Dashboard Summary currently display numeric counts of alerts and successful events as static values, with no way to navigate from a count to the underlying records. Users must leave the summary view and manually search for the corresponding alert or event details. This enhancement would make the numeric counts clickable, redirecting users to a filtered list of the corresponding alerts or success messages while preserving relevant context such as time range, severity, and alert type. Enabling this drill-down would reduce the time operations teams spend locating alert details and align the dashboard experience with standard monitoring and analytics practices.
