CLI-Based Neighbor Discovery for Niagara TAP Devices

NetBrain currently cannot automatically map neighbor relationships for Niagara TAP devices, since this device type is not supported by standard Layer 2 or Layer 3 discovery protocols. This enhancement would allow NetBrain to parse Niagara TAP configuration or CLI output to identify and map neighboring devices on the topology. Customers using Niagara TAP devices in their network would gain accurate topology visibility without relying on manual mapping or workarounds.
