Centralized Runbook Configuration for API Stub Manager Across Domains

NetBrain currently does not retain the runbook selection within API Stub Manager configuration when the associated runbook is modified; the runbook field is cleared and must be manually re-added in each affected domain. This becomes impractical for organizations managing a large number of domains, since any runbook update requires repeating the same manual configuration step across every domain individually. This enhancement would ensure that runbook selections in API Stub Configuration persist through runbook edits, and would introduce a way to define or update this configuration once and apply it consistently across multiple domains. Customers operating large multi-domain environments would benefit from reduced administrative overhead and fewer configuration inconsistencies when maintaining triggered automation.
