Automatic Site Map Copy on Manual ServiceNow-Triggered Runs

NetBrain currently does not guarantee that a new copy of a site map is created each time a diagnosis is triggered manually from ServiceNow; the existing map may be reused or overwritten instead. This enhancement would ensure that a manual ServiceNow-triggered run always produces a fresh copy of the associated site map, preserving the original map state. Customers using ServiceNow-initiated diagnostics would benefit from reliable historical snapshots of network state at the time of each incident, supporting more accurate troubleshooting and record-keeping.
