Automated SAML Identity Provider Certificate Rotation

NetBrain currently requires administrators to manually retrieve the Identity Provider's public certificate and upload it to the System Admin console whenever the certificate is rotated, with no mechanism to detect or apply updates automatically. This enhancement would allow NetBrain to periodically fetch and apply the current signing certificate from the Identity Provider, for example through metadata endpoint polling or a scheduled synchronization process. Customers whose Identity Providers rotate certificates on short cycles would benefit from uninterrupted SAML authentication and reduced administrative effort, since manual certificate updates would no longer be required.
